Hello,

I've had this PC build for 3ish years now:
570 plus wifi
2080
850w Corsair PSU
4x 8 Corsair vengeance 3000mhz ram
5700x

I haven't had any issues so far but mid game the PC crashed and now I'm getting no post, 1 long beep 2 short (memory) and the DRAM light is on. I've tried reseating the ram in various configurations with just one stick or two for all of them with no luck.

I've also tried resetting the cmod but I just get the same beeps and dram light with no post

Not sure where to go from here.

Corsair have a number of PSU's in their product portfolio, which unit do you have from their portfolio? You're mentioned the brand of the unit and the advertised wattage of the unit.

When you clear the CMOS, you should disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMS battery from the board then press and hold the power button for 30secs, then replace the CMOS battery after 30mins.

When you put your RAM into different configurations make sure you are using the same color slots there's a pair of grey and a pair of black (A1/A2 and B1/B2).

If you're sure on that and you have tried each stick of RAM by itself in each slot and you're sure your RAM is seated completely each time you test, then you might be out of luck and it could be your motherboard.

You may try booting without the GPU if you haven't already and using the motherboard I/O for display, I have had one or two situations where that helped me get into BIOS when I thought I was having RAM issues.
