My specs are listed below: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/R4WhFd

Note: I've built this PC a year and a half ago

Alright first, I had experienced many crashes for the past week. Whenever I play games like Watch Dogs 2 and Overwatch, it's fine for the first 10 minutes and midway through; my computer would crash. By crash, I mean the screen will just stay there and only stay there, and then my speaker will produce a large buzzing sound. I tried pressing Ctrl + ALT + Del, and nothing happens. It literally just stays on the screen until I hit the restart button on my case. But it's fine when I play cs: go, watch videos, everything is fine until I launch those games.

Never overclocked

The temperature during gaming: CPU - around 70 degrees Celsius, its Utilization level is around 95% though GPU - same as CPU

I've tried
- Reinstalling Nvidia drivers
- Unplugging one monitor
- Tuning up the fan speed
- Uninstalling AVG AntiVirus software
- Swapped another graphics card in
- Going to power options and changed power management maximum to 60

he told us his specs. his computer is qutie capable of handling any game.

i had the same exact problem. buzzing and everything. what worked for me was uninstalling MSI afterburner. what are all programs that run in background while you game?

The last time I built a new rig it crashed every time I attempted to play a game. The problem was the GTX 970 I purchased. I determined that by installing an older GPU I had for troubleshooting purposes. I RMA'ed it back (to Newegg) and ordered a replacement.

If you have a family member or a close who is willing to loan you his / her GPU, then you can check to see if your rig can play game with the alternative GPU.

I installed another GPU but the same problem occurred again 🙁

reinstall windows. there are a crap-ton of programs running in the background, and one of them has got to be causing your problem. seems like you have a lot of peripherals doing different things, which is great, but a lot of them use 3rd party software that isn't so great. i'd strip it down to the bare bones, program-wise, and see how that works for you.

Backup any important files you want to keep. Then reinstall Windows and allow it to update. Install drivers and any programs you want your PC to have excluding those related to games; like antivirus. Once all programs other than games have been installed, download the following program called Macrium Reflect Free and install it. The purpose is to make a clean backup of your Windows install so that if your PC develops any problems in the future you will not have to go through the painstakingly slow process of reinstalling Windows and then going through the update process all over again from scratch.

However, before using the program to make a backup image of your C: Drive you should run run Disk Cleanup on the C: drive to clean up any temporary files that are left behind by Windows updates.

1. Right click the C: Drive
2. Click Properties
3. Click "Disk Cleanup"
4. Click " Clean up system files"
5. When step 4 is done click on all the checkboxes
6. Click "Ok" to delete the files.

This can take a long time to complete. It depends on how many MB or GB of data that will be deleted. The first I did it, it definitely took over 45 minutes.

You are now ready to run Macrium Reflect Free to make a backup of your C: Drive. The image you create will serve as a baseline in the future if you need to reinstall install Windows for whatever reason. Naturally, it will be out of date by then, so Windows will need to update itself again. But this process will save you time in the future.

After the image is created, then install your games one at a time and run them to make sure each is working properly before installing the next game. If you wish you can create another image of the C: Drive after all the games have been installed. Just be aware that if you install games in a different drive (like the D: drive) those games will not be backed up unless you also create an image of the other drive.

Apparently, either one of my RAM stick slot is failing or one of my RAM sticks is failing. Anyways, the solution is taking out two of my RAM sticks and it completely solved the problem!
