Question PC Crashing Intermittently

PC has been consistently crashing for the past two months without figuring out why. I've cleanly installed a new OS after completely formatting my hard-drive, updated BIOS, upgraded PSU, upgraded RAM (was 16gb 2200mhz) and got a new monitor. Sometimes it'll be when my PC is idle, sometimes while gaming, sometimes while my system boots. My screen often goes completely black and PC appears unresponsive yet remains powered on.

Specs are:
Aorus X570 I Pro Wifi
Ryzen 7 3800X
Saphire Pulse 6800
Corsair Vengence 32gb 3400mhz RAM
Western Digital 2tb SSD
Corsair RX850 PSU
Gigabyte 34inch 3440/1440 Monitor

Have you done the basics like cleaning out the dust bunnies. Do you have a spare power supply to try? Maybe voltage drop out, maybe not..
