Question PC crashing only when on idle

Hi,
a few days ago I’ve changed my motherboard from Asrock H410M-HVS to MSI Z590 Tomahawk Wifi.

I have the same other components, which worked on the Asrock, but now It’s self restarting on idle. But when I’m gaming or stress testing It’s all stable and good, CPU temperature under 50°C and GPU tepmerature under 60°C.

My specs:
Intel core i5 - 10400F
GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB
RAM Patriot Viper 2666Mhz
Motherboard: MSI Z590 Tomahawk Wifi
PSU: Zalman 750W (idk the model exactly, but it worked fine, don’t think It’s PSU problem according to not bluescreening)

The most weird is that it doesn’t bluescreen when crashing, it simply starts lagging and after it restarts. Then it loads for a little longer and works for a few minutes again.

Unlucky is that I cannot try to raise the CPU voltage because It’s not overclockable CPU.

Have you tried to update BIOS ?

Seems like this happen due instability, updating BIOS might be fixing the problem. Or you can try to reinstall the operating system.

I did both of these things, absolutely fresh win 10 and latest BIOS since yesterday.
