Hello guys,
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
Recently, I have been crashing to the desktop in every game I play, at random times. I recently installed a new GPU, the GTX 1660 ti, but was not crashing until I installed new ram sticks one week later and updated to the most recent Nvidia drivers (not sure if this is related at all). The game also crashes quicker in more demanding games. I just experienced my first crash in rocket league, which is one of the few games I have played that has yet to crash.

My first crash, perhaps unrelated, was in War Thunder, and I received this message, which I was able to "fix" by reinstalling the game and restarting my PC.
Error at hooking API "NtProtectVirtualMemory" Dumping first 32 bytes: 4C 8B D1 B8 50 00 00 00 F6 04 25 08 03 FE 7F 01 75 03 0F 05 C3 CD 2E C3 0F 1F 84 00 00 00 00 00

My computer also often fails to wake up from sleep on the monitor, and I need to restart the computer or monitor almost every time it falls asleep. (I can live with this though since I have an SSD)

As far as drivers go, I really have not downloaded any of them except the one for my GPU. How can I figure out which ones I need? I recently downloaded the latest BIOS update for my motherboard (2015, lol) but it is a .cap file and I have no idea how to install it.

Here is the most recent crash as described in the event viewer:
