Question PC Display sometimes does not turn on when i start up my computer

I installed a new 6750xt graphics card into my pc a few months ago and everything seems fine. But now I am getting a persistent issue where my displays won't always turn on when I start up my computer. This happens about 40% of the time and it sometimes works after I unplug the sockets from the wall and then turn the PC back on.

When it does work I don't see any issues with power supply or connection and I can play my games fine but I don't know why it happens about 50% of the time

The monitors I am using are an Asus tuf gaming monitor 24 inch and a lenovo think vision 22 inch monito. My friend suggested to turn off fast start up on widnwos 11 and this worked for a while where i never had any issues. The issue has now returned.

update the bios of the motherboard

check hard drives for errors with manufacturer's tool

eventually replace the CMOS battery

don't unplug power

I have this issue with just one monitor. I always leave the monitors on and there just in standby when PC is off. But this one older monitor is forgetful.

My workaround as I boot PC is to turn off / back on monitor than boot PC. It boots fine now but with one extra step.
