Question PC does not boot up (unexpected i/o has occurred file:\Boot\BCD\ Error code: 0xc00000e9)

So my pc can't boot because of my SSD. I've tried to use Windows' Automatic Repair Rool and Command Prompt which none have worked. Do I need to buy a new SSD? Or is there a fix? Please help, and thank you in advance.

You used these commands in the CMD?

bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd
