Hi,
My Windows 10 PC does not boot up consistently. It may boot one day, when I come back the same day, it will not boot.
When it does boot, it works fine and no diagnostic issues can be found.
Connects to wifi, can run programs, no problems.
Can rum multiple programs and videos, no system performance issues.

When it boots and has been working for a short period of time, say less than an hour, it can be restarted and boots fine.

When it doesn't boot, I can't get into BIOS

There's no internal speaker and I don't hear any beeps on external speaker during startup.

After using for an hour or so, if I try to restart, it will not boot.

If I try to boot after 4-5 days, it may boot up and enter Windows 10 fine.
System diagnostics and BIOS show no issues.
Info below on what I have done.

Already replaced a known faulty PSU that was outputting 14 volts instead of 12 volts.
Replaced the CPU because I thought it may be damaged from PSU.

Not sure if it's worth replacing the motherboard at this point or giving up.
I'm wondering if there's a faulty capacitor that is charging over time and causing an issue.
There are no scorch marks or bulging components on motherboard.

Motherboard had some dust on it when I opened but not significant.

Any advice is appreciated.
