Try turning off fast startup and see if it helps - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html as it could be a driver that we may need to update. Motherboard: MSI P55 GD55 Processor: Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz RAM: (not sure what brand) 6gb Hard drive: 240gb WD Green Drive and a 600gb WD Drive HDD Graphics Card: ASUS Geforce GTX 1050 2gb Upvote 0 Downvote
