Question PC doesn't boot when connected to the power socket ?

The thing here is when i connect my pc to thepower socket it shows the white button to show it is booting up butthere is no display

After that i press power button it boots finallybut then it loads slow

PC model: LENOVO V330 AIO
NO COOLING AS THE HEATSINK NEVER WORKED EVER SINCE THE PC CAME
8 GB RAM ( THERE IS A 4GB RAM SAMSUNG RAM AND 4GB LENOVO RAM 🤡🤡)
1 TERABYTE STORAGE
INTEL CORE I5 8TH GEN

No cooling ?? Fix that first as it will overheat and slow down fast
The White button just shows there's power. it's normal to have to push start button, virtually all PCs work like that.
What is your 1TB storage? If it's a slow 2.5" HDD it's understandable it boots slowly.

Hey dude it happened when i tried resetting my pc but pc crashed while half resetting it
I then tried again nothing worked
I used advanced system care and i get my boot in 1.5 minutes easily
