Question Pc doesn't post but the rgb and fans work

Hello
I just finished building my pc:
Gtx 1660 6gb
16 GB trident Z 3600mhz ram
Ryzen 3800x
2tb SanDisk ssd
2tb Seagate hdd
ROG strix b450-f gaming
ENERMAX 700w psu

-

When I turn it on, all the rgb turns on and the
Gpu and PSU fans turn on

The cpu fan turns on for a second before it stops

The q-leds don't show anything.
I cleared the Cmos.

It Doesn't post though

The gpu, ssd, hdd and psu are from my old working system

Any idea what's up?

First of all,those 2 ram stick should be going in A2 B2,not A1 B2.
Move the left stick one slot B2.
Second of all,all cables plugged in?

Sadly no
But if any of the components were broken the q leds should light up
So my best bet would be the mobo

Try it with only 1 stick of ram
