So I know it is not something interesting to many people, but here I am trying to make a Minecraft server with my old pc. I've had the pc from 2020 and as far as I know it was build from scratch.
The specs are:
Cpu: Intel Xeon E5440 4C 4T @2.83
Mobo: Asus P5QL-pro modded bios
Ram: 2x2gb Adata and 1x2gb Adata which is different model
PSU: FSP group 350w (I only use it because it has 2 sata cables and 3 molex cables)
3 HDDs-2 IDE and 1 sata
GPU- G210 512 mb gddr3
Soo I overclocked the cpu @ 3.6ghz stable (424x8.5) fsb is 1696mhz

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Ram: 2x2gb Adata and 1x2gb Adata which is different model
Please elaborate on this layout, including links to the rams used or info of the sticks of ram used(per the sticker on their side).

The modded BIOS might be the one thing that might be the culprit. You can't work with that Xeon without that modded BIOS. If you said you had an Intel motherboard, then the issue was the board and it's BIOS itself. I know for a fact that Asus had the best support when it came to compatibility with ram brands. Mixing and matching ram sticks should not be confused with motherboard compatibility. As such work with ram kits that came binned from the factory.

Just an observation, you didn't post an actual question in the thread's body.
