Question PC don't have display anyone can help ?

So, recently i just change my cpu thermal paste and do some cable management but the display doesn't show up and in the motherboard constantly showing white LED which means it's VGA problem.... Yes i tried to troubleshoot.... Like make sure all of the cable is connected (all connect perfectly), changing the VGA PCIe slot (which still the same problem), then i tried to take the ram and put it back in still the same thing and oh yeah just wanted you to know that the VGA fan Is Running tho.... Do you guys can help me ?

Here's my list specs:
Cpu : Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo : Asus Strix B450-F
Ram : 2x4 corsair vengeance 2666mhz
Vga : Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB Windforce
Psu : Corsair CX650 650W
HSF : Deepcool Gamerstorm RGB 240mm
