Question PC fans 100%, no display or keyboard, mouse power

Hello, i made test bench and i cant get it to turn on, all it do is run fans on 100%
MOBO: Asus P5E
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850
RAM: 4x2GB DDR2 800Mhz
GPU: FAKE 1050 Ti with correct BIOS (Its 550 Ti) (It works in my main pc)
PSU: Corsair TX 650W

it didnt had CMOS battery for longer, i put back new in but it didnt help, i tried memory sticks and still didnt fixed it.
In my main PC where is 650W coolermaster PSU the pc turns on. But it turned on With 350W psu before tho now it didnt so i changed the psu to 650W corsair and still nothing! Its weird that no matter what psu i use, when it is not in case it doesnt work 🙁 any help?

when i put the pc in my main pc case where i have 650W psu too it works just fine, when its not in case, it doesnt.
