are they connect to your motherboard?

reading from the the menu.

check which fan is connected, the cpu fan header is the top one, then cha_fan1 right below it.
cha_fan2 is right above the pci-e slot.

are they all connected? if not which one are connected.

you can log into uefi and change the fan profile.

Yes, they're all connected to the motherboard, the problem is with the newly bought Scythe 120mm slim 2000rpm dc fan only, no matter which slot I connect it to.
