Question Pc flashing colors before crashing

To start off, I have a desktop stationary pre-built PC that I’ve had for around 5-6 years, and it has been working fine. Around 2 years ago it started crashing and the PC started doing 1 of 3 things.

1. The screen turns fully into one color, like white, red, green, black, for about 10 seconds then the pc restarts and sends back to log in screen.

2. The screen flashes multiple fullscreen colors like red for 0.1 seconds, then yellow for 0.1 seconds, then green for 0.1 seconds, and so on for about 10 seconds then the pc restarts and sends back to the log in screen.

3. The screen turns mainly white or purple and it has kind of has grey or purple shapes in it and flickers between a lighter and slightly darker tone for about 10 seconds then it restarts and sends back to log in screen.

Here’s a video of it happening: https://vimeo.com/1030293043?share=copy

How I resolved the issue first was that I didn’t turn on my pc for some months (around 4 maybe) and it seem to work fine for about a year after that. Then it started happening again after the year and so i didn’t turn it on for some months (maybe 3 months) and i tried troubleshooting it a bit, I went on a forum and it seems like a guy had similar problems and he told me to underclock with msi afterburner which I did and it seemed to work. I dont know if it was because of the underclocking since it kind of worked fine while I was troubleshooting it (after the 3 months but before the underclocking) and that sometimes I didn’t open msi afterburner so I don’t know if the underclocking still is implemented even if you don’t open it, and it worked fine, it didn’t crash or anything. That was until i got a second monitor and i tried connecting the new so that i would have 2 monitors but that was a mistake since it started doing those crashes again. I tried only having the new monitor and the new cable plugged but it still crashed. I got rid of the new second monitor and used the original monitor instead but the crashes still occur. Heres some important information too:

1. It works fine in safe mode.

2. It seemed that the crashes occurs with less intervals overtime, like the first 2 times it could crash after 1 hour, then 30 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 1 minute, then 10 seconds, then it crashes in the start up (log in screen).

My components are:

Intel(R) Core(TM) I5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz
16GB RAM
64 bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
My display is: 2560 x 1440 (32 bit) (59Hz)

Does anybody know how I can solve this and what the problem can be?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
