I need help, my pc always crash in the first 10 minutes when playing heavy games (never in lighter indie games and not because of temps), its suddenly glitching and i can hear static noise from my headset, screen freeze and i cant do anything beside FORCE SHUTDOWN.

The thing is, after force shutdown i can play normally for hours even(thas why i said temps is not the cause) temps are normal no overheat i checked.

then after im done i shutdown the pc and after a long time since its been off, i turn it on again and having the same freeze and i did the force shutdown again, the cycle never ends.
i alrd update drivers from nvidia side, motherboard all updated, no change .
i clean install windows, back from zero yet still happening. I seuspected its the PSU or maybe Motherboard? PLEASE HELP

my system running :
amd ryzen 5 5600
RTX 3060 12 GB msi
team tforce dark alpha 16 Gb dual channel
Asrock b450m steel legend
psu Gigabyte p650B bronze

all the component is running for almost 5 years (beside the vga and cpu) no prob. so maybe i thought something broken of old age lol.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

psu Gigabyte p650B bronze
That might be the root of your problems. Source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 750W unit. Gigabyte is a no no in terms of PSU brands to invest in.
