Question PC freezes after booting, ctrl alt delete not working

Hello, a couple of days ago my pc started freezing after booting. Most of the time it would happen after opening Steam or sometimes after having multiple applications opened. Ctrl alt delete also wont work when frozen but my cursor moves and caps lock key is frozen.

Any solutions?

Advise PC description; make/model or motherboard, GPU PSU CPU and RAM.
Assuming this just started and you have not made any changes to your PC, such problems are often a result of overheating. When is the last time you cleaned out the PC case? Especially CPU fins and PSU intake..

are you overclocking ?

if yes, set everything to stock and test

if not, test your ram with a USB stick with memtest86 on it

Hi, so most of the time when i boot up my pc and open steam, steam seems to not go let me go online and when i restart my entire pc, it gets stuck on the restarting page. I am able to move my mouse and caps lock key light turns on, but its just stuck on reloading.
