Question Pc freezes display turns off

Mobo: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 G
PU: Galax 2070 super
Ram: Gskill ripjaws 16gb 3600mhz
PSU: seasonic 1000FX Focus Plus 1000w 80+ Gold
Storage: 128 gb ssd/ 1tb hdd (both from previous build)

Hello,
I recently built this computer and it was working fine till I downloaded this game called Green Hell. After I played that game my pc would freeze, monitor would turn off but pc would still be on with fans at max speed. I uninstalled the game and that fixed it but couple days after it started happening again while playing csgo and now even just by starting it up or watching youtube. It would take me couple of attempt starting up my pc as there would often be no display just pc turning on with loud fans, and on the rare occassion i do, it freezes and same thing would happen.
All the parts i used to build this are bought new other than the storage. Please help me troubleshoot this as I need my pc for uni and I have assessments and exams coming up and all my stuff is in it. Thank you in advance.
Ps. I also recently uninstalled my previous rx 580 driver and that mightve caused it??
All drivers are updated to the latest version
