Question PC freezes for 1-2 second during playing games / watchinf netflix

Hi, my pc is getting freezes average once in an hour playing games or watching yt/netflix. I have this problems for over year, but now i'm using PC more frequently so it annoys me more.
my specs:
system: Windows 10 Education
cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @3.95
gpu: zotac gtx1080 amp!
ram: gskill aegis 2x8GB @2866
psu: silentumPC supremo l2 550w
mobo: asus x370 prime pro
ssd: Adata XPG SX8200 NVMe PCIe M.2 480GB
What did i do:

• reinstall system,
• update bios to the newest,
• unistall graphic drivers with DDU and install the newest,
• test cpu with prime95 for over 1h, 0 errors
• test memory with memtest for 2 hours, 0 errors
• stress-test my gpu using furmark did cause freeze after 2 minutes. What did i see in msi afterburner is: framerate dropped from 120 to 85, power limit raised to 1, fb usage dropped from 100% to 52%, gpu usage from 98% to 47%.
