Pc Freezes Moving Artifacts

So guys, i have a new problem. Im using an Intel HD 4600 because my r9 280 died. My pc randomly freezes (requires hard reset) and moving artifacts appear on the screen. My pc is freezing since the time when i built it (r9 280 was alive). But there wasn't any artifacts. Now i thinked that now my graphics card died, the freezings would've been gone. I tried if pluging ram into another slot worked, it didn't. It happens randomly. I'm gonna buy a rx 480 so i want to know what is causing the problem.I have i5 4590, gigabyte h97m, w10, 8gb ram and a Zalman ZM-700 LX psu.

That's clearly a GPU issue. Removing the 480 and using the onboard HD4600 should solve your issue. I don't see how it could be your RAM.

No, im using the hd 4600 right now (my r9 280 died). Artifacts happen on the 4600.

Run memtest 86+ on each stick for a few hours and see if any errors come up.
