Question PC freezes on Windows 10 logo

Just installed my new processor and transfered all my PC parts to a new case. I go to boot up the PC and I get stuck on the windows logo screen. I can go to the bios and tinker their but nothing I tried yet seemed to work. My PC sees my ssd that already has a good copy of windows 10 but I can't get past the loading screen.


Intel core i5 9600k

16GB ddr4 g.skill ram

GeForce GTX 1050 ti

Gigabyte b360m ds3h
