Question Pc freezes right after boot

Hi, i have posted this issue before, but no response. My machine boots up nice, but after signing in, things slow down. It slows down to a point where nothing is responsive except for the mouse, but im not able to click on anything. Really frustrating as im not able to use my pc. This happens on every boot. I dont have time to open any programs before the problem occurs.

Have you tried booting into safe mode? Could be spyware or a trojan virus. If this started recently.... perhaps. If it was faulty hardware i am pretty sure other problems would have occurred before the sign in window. Worth a shot looking at atleast.

Also did you change any setting in bios or installed a program right before this started?

Safe mode would be a good place to start.

I havent altered any settings in bios. What should i do once im in safe mode?

I have about 5-10 seconds before it freezes. I dont have time for it. I entered safe mode, but that freezes aswell. I dont have a clue as of what to do.
