[SOLVED] PC freezes whole screen then crashes with loud noise and I have to hard reset.

I have an i7 9700k and RX5700. It has a 650w or 750w psu i belive its evga. I know it crashes about twice a week and has a loud noise when it does. Is this a common problem?

test with the rx 5700 out and use the igpu?
possible psu or gpu issue
