I changed platform to AM5 6 months ago (bought Ryzen 7600x, Asrock X670E PG Lightning and 2x16 G.Skill F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5NR) and have issues with random lockups every now and them (not gamebreaking but kinda annoying, want to make sure it´s not hardware related)

Minidumps (I had more crashes but strangely windows was not creating them before):

https://files.catbox.moe/ysqujs.zip

Notes:

Updated BIOS to 2.0 last month and reinstalled Windows 11 2 months ago.

Run HCI Memtest 3 times to 1600% and Memtest86 4 pases on expo and no errors reported.

RAM works on A2+B2 but not A1+B1 (the manual tells you to install in that order so maybe it's not really an issue)

I do not suspect off the PSU and GPU (Seasonic focus Plus GX 750W and RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro), they worked fine with the other Mobo, RAM and CPU.

Tested RAM at stock settings (although GPU was Oced)

The last lockup today(faulty hardware corrupted page) was odd, It happened inmediately after opening radeon software (never had a freeze in a non gaming scenario before).

IMO there's some issue with the RAM (read that Samsung sticks are not very good for AM5) or a buggy BIOS, there were lots of error when I first installed the RAM, MB and CPU and I had to reinstall Windows (corrupted). After updating bios freezes where very sporadic.

I have a new PSU (Corsair RM750X) waiting to be installed, maybe the problem goes away haha.

Hoping to get some insight about the minidumps to identify the issue (maybe there´s some faulty driver or have to RMA something). Thank you for your time.

It will make diagnosing easier if you post your PC specs as follows with their age and complete make and model numbers:

CPU:
MOBO:
PSU:
Graphics Card:
RAM:
Storage:
Case:
Windows Version and Build:
Additional hardware:

Since you mentioned suspecting the RAM, which is smart, I would open CMD as admin and run the following command: "sfc /scannow" This will check for some windows corruption, and if found, can signify bad memory causing windows corruption, or a bad windows instal / updates causing corruption.

Updated BIOS to 2.0 last month
You have one more BIOS version pending update. Once you've verified that the BIOS was successfully flashed to the latest version, clear the CMOS, disconnect from the wall and display hen remove the CMOS battery, replace after 30 minutes.

Your manual states;
Slots A2 and B2, not the others.

reinstalled Windows 11 2 months ago.
Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install said OS in offline mode? Did you install all relevant drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, with the latest driver versions?

Thank you for your answers. Here are my specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7600x
MOBO: X670E PG lightning
PSU: Seasonic Focus plus 750W GF
Graphics Card: RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro+
RAM: 2x16 G.Skill F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5NR)
Storage: Samsung 980 PRO 1TB
Case: Be Quiet Silent Base 802
Windows Version and Build: Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621
Additional hardware: G915 Lightspeed Keyboard, Astro A40TR+ Mixamp and Rival 600 (mouse)

I use /sfc scannow and DISM every now and them and no problems detected.
Regarding BIOS updates yes, I should check for 2.02 (the freezes happened in 3 BIOS versions but at least they improved boot issues) and didn't know it was so complicated haha (usually install new BIOS and load optimized settings, no removing the battery).
About ram installation yeah, I installed In A2+B2 but checked other slots to see if that solved the issue (didn´t think PC won´t start).

Windows 11 Installation was using a USB Stick with an account (online I guess) but I think I missed installing important drivers using administrator so I should check that too.

Of course it´s difficult to tell but is it more likely to be a hardware or software issue? (main suspects are RAM and Motherboard for me). If you need more info let me know (like posting minidumps bad pool header and faulty hardware corrupted page on text if that is possible).

If I were forced to choose, considering no corruption found in the scan and multiple test passes from memtest, the motherboard and/or driver/BIOS installation could be causing issues. This is based mostly on intuition, so take it with a grain of salt. @Lutfij is spot on, imo, with his recommendation.

So I used WinDBG for debbuging the dump files:
For reference the last lockup today was odd, It happened inmediately after opening radeon software (never had a freeze in a non gaming scenario before) and was running Expo at 5600 instead of 6000.
