Question Pc freezing errors in event viewer

Hi guys... Im at my wits. I cant figure this out for the life of me. So here are my system specs
3700x
Msi carbon wifi x570
Hyperx 3200mhz ram 32gb
Evga 2080 super hydro copper
Samsung 970 evo m.2

So 2 weeks ago i upgraded to a 2080 hydrocopper. Installed it, block was leaking, as i took the gpu apart, evga installed the block without any thermal pads on the memory... And the screws were loose, so i tightened them, added lumps of thermal compound to the memory so i could use the card until my 1.5mm pads recommended by evga came in the mail. Anyhow i got the pc running, pc ran great... My thermal pads arrived a week and change later. Long story short, pc was assembled, and i reinstalled windows, with a new key. Booted it up offline mode, manually installed latest drivers for mobo and gpu, long and behold, after installing gpu drivers, my pc became a vegtable... No control over a stuttering crusor, pc became unresponsive 5 seconds at a time. I couldn't even shut the thing down. 1 minute after hitting the power button, the pc shuts down but it remained powered for like another 20 seconds after screen had no display, then powered off. After i rebooted, i had control again, launched event viewer, had 2 errors ill tell later. I opened up control panel and boom pc lags again. So i decided to reinstall windows, repeated same process, same results. Pc runs fine until graphics drivers are installed. I was running the same driver before hand, i honestly dont see why it wouldnt work now, nothing has changed expect for me reinstalling windows. Here are the event ids

Please help me figure this issue. Im hoping its not hardware related, i honestly dont know how to go about diagnosing this

My thought is that there has been thermal damage to the GPU and/or motherboard.

Or it was physically damaged when you took it apart and put it back together without thermal pads.

You will need to test using another known working GPU in the current motherboard and test the current GPU in another known working motherboard that supports that GPU.

Either way, there is a risk of furthering the damage..,.

Absolutely did not damage gpu i tell you that much, its as simple as unscrew the water block, add compound, screw it back on... As for the leak, water was leaking from sandwich plate, if you know physics, the gpu pcb is above the block not below, water does not travel upward. Many others have this issue and i need software related fixes before i rule out a broken card. Thankyou! Again pc works fine until drivers are installed, i would like a more experienced tech to help me with my issue seems like this is a wacky issue
