i already tried a new hard drive,ram and all background resources also now disabled but nothing helped ):Given how long it took to boot up I would say its most likely a problem with the hard drive. A new SSD and another stick of ram would help a ton I imagine. Open up something simple like task manager and it'll most likely highlight your problem areas and any potential resource hogs. Disabling startup programs and unnecessary background resources may be a good step in the right direction if upgrades are not an option.
