Question PC freezing on the Windows 11 spinning circle ?

Running into quite an issue here. I was randomly browsing on my computer, a Windows 11 system, when it randomly shut down and restarted by itself. Then, it was about to boot into the OS, until it restarted again and did the same thing. Eventually, it would just freeze on my motherboard logo and the spinning circle. Tried everything to troubleshoot it. Thought it was a CMOS battery issue. Bought new CMOS batteries, still happens. Thought it was a corrupted hard drive. Took a perfectly working hard drive from another PC and put it in mine, still did the same thing. I would really like to use my PC soon, and I have tried every possible thing. If you need more info, please reply. Otherwise, here are the specs:
