Question PC freezing/softlocking

Hi, since I build my new pc, I have some trouble with it, sometime, like when I close an application or disconect my vr headset or just randomly like that, my pc just "softlock" himself, and I'm forced to reset my pc, but sometime it softlock everytime he boot and enter windows, so I have to stop using my pc for 5 minutes and it will, most of the time, boot normally. when it softlock, application like google or discord will stop playing music and I'll hear and send no audio to discord then, after some second on these application after the begining of the soft lock, they will just freeze and be unusable. the task manager can do nothing and I can't re open appication like google.

the specs are:
-ASUS Tuf Gaming X570-Plus Wi-Fi (I'll change soon for a pro because it's what I ordered and they send the wrong mobo)
-Ryzen 9 5900X (not oc)
-NZXT Kraken X73
-2x16 Gskill 3600Mhz (clocked at 3600Mhz)
-1Tb evo 980
-2x Seagate 2Tb HDD with 256Mb of cache
-Gigabyte GTX 1080 Windforce 3X OC (non oc and it was doing the samething with my MSI GTX 1650 Super Ventus XS OC non-overclocked and overclocked)

also my cpu has liquid metal on it, ik how to apply it, it's not the first time that I did it and I never had problem with that before and I'v checked and it doesn't seem like it's the problem and also when I boot my pc, It tell me if I want to boot on my volume 2 or volume 7, the volume 2 is my windows and I don't have any othe OS installed on any of my hard drive, so idk if this is the problem

What is your os on the ssd?
