hi i dont know how exactly i tell my problem to you but let's try.

in a game -let's say fallout 4- when i move my mouse, the background objects lose their clearness and you feel a little bit dizzy but if i stop moving mouse it became crystal clear. before you ask i get 60fps when i do that. but when i watch a game video on youtube it looks amazing the guy turns his mouse left to right right to left but the background always looking sharp and good. you dont feel dizzy. it looks amazing really. so what is the reason of this?

i tried to disable-enable vysnc and motion blur but both of them didnt work.

i mean it feels like you watch 30fps video (when playing on your PC) and 60fps video (when watching gameplay videos on youtube).
