Pc gaming on bed

Hey, so i currently own a ps4, which I'm thinking to swap for a gaming PC. The only thing holding me from swapping it is comfortable gaming on bed. Since i have ps4 in my room, i don't need to get up from the bed to play games, so Is there a way to play pc games comfortablly on bed? Like any way which can help me?? And also as I'm going to play online and my TV is kinda far from my bed, i also wanna know a PC controller(in case there's no way to play comfortably using wireless mouse and keyboard) in which i can add a earphone and mic just like on my ps4 controller?? Please try to keep the budget less than 8000 inr(the lower the better)

I am gladly typing this while in bed,lol. the screen is 8 feet or so away with the pc next to it on my 43 inch tv. one you can use the ps4 controller. Just get a wireless keybord and mouse you can get a combo for cheap. wireless headphones. or if you have wireless ones for your ps4 they should work on the pc as well.

So i can use a ps4 controller with my PC and chat ingames by attaching earphones in the controller port? If yes, then how?
