Question PC/GPU Fan makes strange scratching noises on startup

Hello,
recently I've had a problem with my PC. It has something to do with a fan (I suspect a GPU fan), which makes weird/loud, almost scratching like noises on startup. But what is really strange about it, that as soon as I reboot my PC, the noise will disappear. It's also the only way to fix the problem. Another thing I noticed, when I have the problem and I open Fan control, it won't recognize my GPU Fans, it just marks them as "(?)". Also HWMonitor registers only 0 RPM on them. The problem also only happens after a long pause on PC usage, so basically it happens the next day only on the first startup of the day. Whenever I start my computer during short successions, there is no such problem.
Here are my specs.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x
CPU cooler: SilentiumPC Fortis 5 ARGB
Motherboard: B450M PRO-VDH MAX
Ram: 4x 8GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3000
SSD/HDD: Multiple SSDs/ One HDD
GPU: ASUS TUF Gaming OC RTX 3090
PSU: 750 Watt NZXT C Series C750 (Age 1 Year)
Chassis: Sharkoon S1000
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: AOC Monitor

I hope someone has an idea and can help me. Thank you very much.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Check and see what your current BIOS version is. If you have BIOS versions pending update, please try and flash tot he latest version. As for your GPU, I would think about sourcing(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU with at least 850W of power at the entire system's disposal, from a friend or neighbor and see if the issue persists.

Thanks for the answer. I updated my motherboard to the newest Version, unfortunately, it didn't solve my problem. But I was wrong to assume that my GPU could be the problem, I tried to locate the issue and it seems that either my cpu or case fans cause the noise. I don't believe its a PSU issue, since the noise didn't come from it and its still fairly new.
