PC Graphics Issue

hey guys, so my rig is AMD Radeon HD 6800
AMD FX4100 Quad-Core
ASRock 990FX Extreme3
CPU 3700MHz
BUS 205MHz
Razer NaGa Ultimate
Razer BlackWidow Ultimate
Samsung 1080p 52 inch

SHOULDNT i be able to play dayz on the highest graphics possible? why cant i? i can only play on high without getting 14fps, please help

I wouldn't expect to max it out with that cpu and gpu if your willing to overclock the cpu you can get a performance improvement but i doubt it will get you playable fps on the max settings
