Question PC had black screen and hdmi stopped working...

So I was playing fortnite and randomly my screen went black, I was confused and restarted the PC and the same thing happened again but after the second time my hdmi wasnt getting a signal. The only way i could get a signal was through VGI so what can I do to fix this also the GPU fans don't move on boot up like it normally did. The graphics card is a GTX 970
