Pc hard to turn on always on hdd light

Yesterday when i shut down my pc the hdd light didnt turn off it remained on and wont turn off when i tried to turn the pc on nothing then tapping the power button a little bit more i get some reactions but immideatly turns off then after 20 tries it powers on

My config is:
I7 4790k
Asus h81 gamer
Gtx980ti g1 gaming
16gb kingston fury 1888mhz
600w thermaletake tr2
Kingston hyperx 120gb ssd
WDB 1tb

Disable Fast Startup and see if the issue goes away.

Go to Power Options, click Choose what the power buttons do.
Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) and click Save changes.

Jojesa that didnt work the hdd light is still on while fhe pc is off and still wont start by clicking on time start button

Make sure the power button is set to turn off your computer in the Power options.
When the PC is off, unplug the power cord, press the power button for 15-20 seconds.
Plug the power cord and power on.
If the issue remains, then check if there is a BIOS update for your system.
Try another PSU.

Nothing of that hepled even tryed with 2 other psu and wont start and ot worked normaly before

Reset the BIOS to default.
See if there is any program preventing Windows from shutting down. You could use the Task Manager to end the processes.
What's the amount of free space on you boot disk?
If you have done all those steps, then it might be your motherboard that is failing.

Bios is reseted to default i have 40gb free space on ssd where windows is and nothing is interupting the pc to shut down

Unplug all components from the motherboard and do an inspection and see if there is any bulging capacitors or any sign or damage (small cracks on solder joints).
If you haven't, connect your disk to a different SATA port.

Did all of that rebuilded the whole pc and still nothing still cant turn it on no broken capacitators neither motherboard neither psu.

You might need to replace that motherboard.
