Question PC has been acting weird since clean reboot, Intel chipset install and enabling xmp to 2666 Mhz

I recently decided to do a clean reboot of my pc, enable xmp, and install the Intel chipset drivers from this website: https://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/download/19347/chipset-inf-utility.html.
Ever since I did this Ive been having some problems, to start it off, I cant download games since they slowly drop down from 11 mbps to 0b/s and then they go back up and right back down, this never happened before.
Second, sometimes I cant open programs unless I restart my pc.
And certain other weird, small problems.
Is there something I can do about these things or could it be a hardware problem of sorts?

XFX RX 6700XT
I5-10400
1x31 kingston fury renegade ram
Motherboard H410MH biostar.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You mean you performed a clean install of the OS?

Where did you source the installer for the OS?

As for your platform's drivers, you're advised to manually install all relevant drivers for your motherboard, sourcing them from motherboard maker's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

You mentioned;
Motherboard H410MH biostar
There are 2 variants of the H410MH;
https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=982
which one do you have?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
please include the BIOS version for your motherboard.

Yes I did perform a clean install of the OS, deleting my apps but not personal stuff.

I dont understand what you mean by the source?

According to msinfo32 I would have the first variant since it says nothing about a 2 it just says H410MH

The bios version I have installed is the 5.17
