Question Pc has black screen when i turn it on

(title) but when i unplug PSU and move with inner cables for a bit , ( like for gpu , storage ,24pin) the pc starts just fine , little help for you guys is that when i have that black creen , not even my keyboard leds turn on , and they always do when i start pc. Do you guys have any clue on why it happens , any help is appreaciated.

This commonly happens in Windows 10 if your computer goes into sleep mode. Are you sure it's actually off and not in sleep? It would explain why unplugging your PSU works. Easiest solution is to disable sleep mode if so.

I have Windows 7 , and i never use sleep mode , and i always shutdown my pc properly. Not even my keyboard leds turn on so its probably not gpu related.
