Question PC has short freezes every once in a while when gaming even with high FPS.

So, about two weeks ago I noticed that when playing games, my PC would randomly freeze for under half a second every once in a while. At first I thought that it was only the one game I was playing, but when I tried other games, I still got the brief freezes. It seems that the freezing also occurs while the game is running in the background while using a browser, etc.
I dont't know for certain what is causing it but I think it might be the CPU. I noticed that the freezing gets more frequent with higher load. The temps also aren't high so it shouldn't be overheating.
I've looked all over the internet for possible solutions for this but none have helped, it's driving me crazy. All help is appreciated!
My specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
ASUS ROG RTX 3070 TI
Gskill Trident Z Neo 32gb 3600mhz (also tried with older ram)
ASUS ROG B550-E
Corsair RM750 PSU
Windows 10

Got a link to this kit?

ASUS ROG B550-E
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? If you have a BIOS update pending, flash to the latest version, then clear the CMOS. Check to see if your OS is also pending any updates.

Following that, you might want to try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers from the system, then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

The temps also aren't high so it shouldn't be overheating.
Make and model of your case? number of fans in your case and their orientation?

https://www.gskill.com/product/165/326/1562840211/F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC this is the ram

My BIOS version is 3404, and it is the latest one. No OS updates pending either.

Will try DDU later.

Case is Cooler Master Mastercase H500P Mesh, 2 fans in then front, 3 on the top and 1 in the back.

The problem also seemed to appear out of nowhere. Two weeks ago I didn't have any kind of freezing problems and everything was running fine.

Right just read that again, all games are doing that. Check on your computer what changed those two weeks ago, did you change something or was there a software or hardware change?

I used DDU and nothing no change. Didn't change hardware but updated my gpu drivers.

I also noted that when playing The Division 2, the freezes happened maybe once every 1 minute, but when playing a more demanding game, like The Finals, I got freezes much more frequently.

I downloaded MSI Afterburner so I could monitor things that happen when I get the freeze.
When I got one, my frametime spiked and I also noticed that Power, W went down significantly when I got the freeze. Does Power, W mean power from the PSU? If so, is my PSU dying?

I just ran a benchmark and everything was as it should, no stuttering and no microfreezes. I've noticed that the stuttering happens when I move my camera in game, not always but sometimes.
