Logisys makes PSU-shaped objects! They should never be attached to delicate electronics if there is any chance they will also be plugged in to an A/C power source at the same time. Definitely get a real PSU. A quality modern PSU has full range active PFC (no little voltage switch) and some level of 80+ certification for efficiency. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, and Enermax/LEPA are among the better brands.
Next, if this PC is for current games, you will likely find the GPU to be a little weak, especially if you like high-max settings and are playing at higher than 1280x1024 resolution.

Next, you want either a 2x2GB RAM kit or a 2x4GB kit. The ones with three sticks are for Intel X58 boards for socket 1366.
On a budget, the mobo you've chosen is solid, but if at all possible, if you build an AMD rig you should look for a Socket AM3+ board, which will provide an upgrade path to a Bulldozer CPU if you want it.
Finally, there is a sticky thread on asking for new build advice which you would do well to fill out and post. It has all the questions we're likely to ask, like budget, resolution, and intended uses.

your motherboard is dual channel memory not triple. get either two sticks of ram or 4. 1 and 3 will slow you down. otherwise all compatible

oh ok cool i have a 700w psu already i was just going with the case cuz it was the cheapest one. does that case fit good with the stuff i got? also its not gonna be use for gaming at all, , on the ram what would you recomend me i want a 6gb of ram on this. thanks a mill

If this will not be used for any gaming, take a look at an Intel Core i3 system on a H67 board with the IGP. It will outperform the AMD machine in almost every benchmark.
Check out the cheap Rosewill cases. I've used probably half a dozen different ones in cheap builds, and they're all decent. They come with rear 120mm fans, which are quiet and move enough air. Watch out for shipping charges on cases; your chosen one ships for $10, making it as expensive as a nicer case with free or reduced shipping charges.
With no plans to add a gaming graphics card, get the 380W version of the Earthwatts because it is a quality PSU that is even cheaper, and is still 80+ bronze.
All AMD boards, and most Intel boards use dual-channel RAM, meaning you install memory in pairs. Most people get 2x2GB for 4GB total, but RAM is so cheap now you could always get 2x4GB instead. I prefer G.Skill or Mushkin; Corsair is also good and I have used AData as well.

There you go. Until / unless you fill out the sticky thread, it will be hard to know where to make improvements. You may want a faster CPU like a Core i5, or maybe you need more storage, or a SSD. Otherwise, this should be a nice, reliable, compact productivity machine.

The onboard video of the Core i3 CPU will be sufficient for non-gaming use. Not needing a separate video card is one thing that keeps this build cheap.
