Question Pc infinitely loading on the boot screen

My pc is stuck on an infinite loading screen when booting. This is after several memory related bluescreens, after which, the system attempted to repair the C drive. Since then its just been booting forever. I cant even get into thhe bios

System:
Amd ryzen 7800X3D
Amd radeon 7900XTX
ASRock B650i Lighting WIFI
2x16GB Corsair Vengeance 5600 DDR5

One of the three, or all of them, are dead: CPU, MoBo, RAM.

You need 2nd, compatible system, to test out each and every component individually, to see what survived and what died.
Or, you can haul your PC to PC repair shop and pay for diagnostics + fix.

Remove the gpu and connect to the igp see if you can get into the bios.

If no help unplug all disk see if you can get to the bios.
