I have bought a new PC around 2 years ago.

The problem is very strange, I hope someone can help.

My PC freezes randomly, it happens around once per a month (sometimes more, sometimes less), but either ways it is rare, so it doesn't freeze every day. Still, it is annoying.

I have suspected some times that it may be related to write/read, for example if I open a new window in Firefox the freeze can happen, however sometime it happens when I am away from the PC, so to be honest I am not sure what can trigger it.

My config is the following:

MB: Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 1 M.2, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
CPU: QuadCore Intel Core i5-4690K, 3700 MHz (37 x 100)
RAM: 2x 4 GB DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB)
PSU: Corsair 400W

There is also an SSD,
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120GB.

and 3 HDDs.

The GPU has been already replaced once, so it is probably not related. The 3 HDDs are also from my previous config, should not be related.
The PSU also, it is from my previous config, which didn't have this kind of problem.

The motherboard, CPU, RAM, and the SSD is what is completely new, and questionable.

Most people say the RAM causes random freezes like this, usually, however I have ran Memtest for at least 4 days, and it didn't find any problems. So I am not sure if it is really the RAM.
If not, what else can be the problem? How could I test this, and fix the problem once and for all?
