Question PC is not sending a signal to the monitor ?

Hello, i just upgraded the CPU and GPU in my PC.
I connected everything and tried to turn it on, but there is no display on my monitor.
The fans all spin, rgb turns on but no display.

Could anyone help me with this issue thank you.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: RTX 4060
RAM:16GB DDR4
SSD: 500GB
PSU: 650w

Motherboard: make and model?

Is the monitor proven to work with another system?

Are you able to swap in other display cables and even another monitor or TV just for testing purposes?

Will the system boot into Safe Mode and present a display?

Are you able to access and view BIOS? If so, check the configuration settings.

If nothing found and/or configuration changes fail, then proceed with a CMOS reset using the procedure presented in the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.
