It is probably the card that is causing the heat in the first place. A GT 640 is a little underpowered to run Watch Dogs. Get the 770 and the PSU only after you download and run GPU shark and Core temp. I would place money on the GPU running way too hot but your CPU might also be the issue.

Once you know where the heat is coming from you will be able to see what is causing the heat and you can decide what you need to upgrade.

If you have got plenty of spare cash I would replace the GFX card, PSU, a bunch of fans and get an all in one watercooler for your CPU if you don't already have one. Have you dusted it at all?

First, if is running at 69c under load, than that is fine. The air flow in that case is somewhat restricted, but should n't be too much of an issue. A third party cooler would be helpful, but Stock is usually enough if you are not over clocking, which you aren't with that processor. The upgrades are fine and will definitely improve performance. I noticed a vent of some decription at the bottm front. Don't know if there is a provision for mounting an Intake fan there or not ( not usually the case with a prebuilt of that kind ). Make sure there isn't a build up of dust in the heatsink under the fan.

My case have another fan exsept the back panel? Can you send me the link if i dont have aother fan but if i realy have a place to put it it would be nice

It looks similar to a Gateway I have sitting here on the floor. It has that same thing at the front bottom and no provision to add a fan. The one in the back panel is an exaust fan as well as the one in the PSU above it. Just for information, Gateway bought eMachines a long time ago, then Acer bought Gateway after Gateway purchased Packard Bell. Acer and Gateway designs are very similar. As I said, if that 69c temp was under load, then it is fine, particularly if the the machine is not slowing down.
