First my Specs.: i just bought the whole things 3 days ago.
CPU: i9-10900k
MB: Asus ROG Strix Z490-F Gaming
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3600 CL18 Dual Kit
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3080Ti Gaming X Trio
PSU: Gigabyte P750GM, 80 Plus Gold, modular
Case: Lian Li 011Dynamic XL
Cooler: Alpenföhn Gletscherwasser 360
NVMe: Samsung 970 Evo Plus
Problem: So my pc randomly restarts when im gaming and sometimes stay in like a sleep mode and
restarts again.
I do not get a Error Message. If i look it up in my Eventviewer it says Kernel-Power ID 41 (63).
How i troubleshooted already.=
I did an Memtest = 0 Errors
i stress tested the pc tho with cpu and gpu and nothing happened for like 30 minutes
ive used a Watt tester in my room to see if its my power but it was good, and when i checked the pc Watt it was around 350-450W in usage while playing a FPS game.
i used sf scannow in cmd, my temperatures are for CPU in idle like 30-40 on stress test it goes to 80 degrees. my gpu is around 45 and ingame 75 degrees.

HELP PLEASE 😀 OR I DIE xD

Solution
so guys i changed my PSU and it works :) didnt test that much but i made a stress test for cpu and gpu and the highest i did get was 770 watt, so i think thats why i didnt work but i think its just the gigabyte psu itself tho they are not supporting fast changed of watt probably like the 3070 3070ti 3080 3080ti and 3090 so if nothing happens in the next 2 days i will close this thread :) thanks for all the help

I would suspect a loose connection or a component that is not fully seated.

Where did you purchase the PC? Are you able to easily return the PC to the builder to have all connections, card seatings, etc. double checked. Very likely you can open the case and do some checking you know how to do and are comfortable doing sol. Or get a knowledgeable friend to help.

One caveat being that you could violate some warranty restrictions. Read warranty terms first.

Another possibility is that the build received an upgrade/update of some sort. Possibly buggy, corrupted, or incompatible in some manner.

Look in Reliability History for other error codes, warnings, or even informational events. The timeline format may reveal when the problem(s) first began.

Also check Window's Update History for any issues with updates.

i did build the system myself. so i can troubleshoot anything by myself. but i double checked and didnt find aynthing, and i dont find anything else in the eventviewer related to this

If using xmp turn it off and test.
Take the side panel of the case and test.

So i tried with XMP of and on, same thing :/ it is 2x 16GB thats why i called it dual kit :O
i will get a new PSU tomorrow and will update you guys,
the thing is games like league of legends and stuff are working and Apex Legends is working in Arena Mode but not in Battle Royale :/ the psu i have now has 2 GPU cables 1 of them is 8 Pin directly to PSU, the other is like 1 cable to 2 cables wich is 2 x8 pins im gonna use 3 single 8 pins straight from PSU to GPU tomorrow :)
