pc isnt working with cpu

Hello.I have foxconn 45cmx motherboard. With cooler installed it boots up but doesnt boot into OS. But without cooler it does.Any help?

As far as I know, that makes no sense unless your PSU cannot supply enough power. (By the way, don't run it w/o a cooler, it will fry it.)

Lol can you provide us with more details about your system.

it sounds like you dont have the cooler installed correctly and its not pressing down on the cpu evenly.double check your installation.if the cooler is held down by screws make sure they are tightened evenly.if clips tighten them in a criss cross fashion.
