Hello my pc keeps blue screening on start up
i recently did a dual boot with my previouse windows 8 and decided to do some fps test with win 7 so i dual booted (win 8 was original) it worked fine, i decided to stay with 7 cause my game fps doubled so i transfered the important files and formatted the partition win 8 was on
then windos partition manager would let me move the unallocated space to my 7 partition so i downloaded a program i think its called easypartitionmanager or easypartitionmaster i told it to put the space in and it restarted and did its thing before boot (or during) then when it went to load windows 7 it blue screened
a few times so i thought i would try doing a restore date but it blue screens so i thought i would start completely fresh with a complete reinstal of 7 and formatting both drives but it blue screens when i try to boot from cd too
my specs are
GPU nvidia 9800 gts
cpu amd phenom 8400 triple core
mobo asus m2n68-la narra 3
4gb ddr2 ram
thanks for any help.
the only thing i think i should do next is install ubuntu to see if that works. i find that ubuntu installed a lot easier and since you can run it from a usb it doesnt have to do anything with windows but i will try any suggestion i can.
