Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Look in Reliabiity History/Monitor: any error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured just before or at the time of the freezes and restarts?

That is Event Viewer - helpful in that there are critical errors with respect to DistributedCOM.

Possibly buggy or corrupted files.....

Try running "dism" and "sfc /scannow".

FYI:

Failing that:

Check Reliability History/Monitor. The timeline format may reveal when problems started and/or patterns.

please help

note a double fault can indicate a bad overclock, or heat problem, sometimes power problem. start by removing overclock drivers, blow dust out of old cpu fans or power supply fans. confirm cpu fan is spinning

also looks like your windows 10 build is very old ie before 2020-05-27

hi there DMP file now made Public my cpu isnt overclocked at all

i restored Windows earlier and within 10 minutes of finishing the pc had crashed again total lock up

old drivers:
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\FnetHyramAS.sys Wed Oct 3 20:33:28 2018

tap-tb-0901.sys Tue Aug 12 00:45:22 2014

couple of windows files have strange dates
looking at dump now
note:
many windows files have incorrect check sums. something might be corrupting the data as it is being written to disk. I would remove fnethyramas.sys could also be a bug in
SamsungMagician.exe or a firmware version of the drive. (check for updates for both)
wd discovery.exe is also running
wddriveservice.exe running
WD Device Agent.exe running
reported cpu speed was ~MHz = REG_DWORD 3793
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor

bunch of thread waiting for a lock.
looks like chrome is using your graphic card but is not working correctly. it looks like your gpu main driver was deleted then a backup copy was restored from the hidden driver store. the nvidia sound driver does not match.

so if you can install the latest nvidia graphics driver and nvida hd sound driver for the card and reboot.
note: it should not cause this bugcheck but it needs to be fixed.
my best guess is that fnethyramas.sys is corrupting your files, then the files are swapped to disk, when they are swapped back in they are corrupted. windows runs the corrupted files and you bugcheck.

note: after you update the nvida gpu and sound driver, you can disable the sound driver in control panel device manager if you do not have any speaker connected to the gpu. ie no speaker on the monitor.

normally you would update bios, chipset drivers and any software that can modify data before it goes to disk.

cpu did not show any running threads. just a double fault on one core

bios info
BIOS Release Date 02/01/2021
Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
Product ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING
bios is very out of date:
https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboard...8_1736032510_3b997487adb576eef12a16ec43aaed4e

you need to pick up the current bios and the new drivers
updated drivers for amd that Microsoft installs will assume you have the bios fixes.

start with the bios update, then the motherboard driver updates, first the motherboard chipset update, then get the Realtek audio update the old version overflows the other sound drivers buffers.
then update to the current nvida gpu and sound driver.
if that does not fix the problem then I would start looking at the various drive drivers you are using.
