My PC died on me and it looks like it was the motherboard. At first it was just the PSY, then it wouldn't start at all so I replaced the Motherboard. Everything works fine till I start a program, I get a memory error. I got a new heatsink, there is thermal paste there are no blocked vents and the fans are clean, I have proper ventilation and my graphics card works. I ran the memory test and there was no problems but in both slots I still get BSoD about memory problem.

If it can't be the RAM is tr motherboard faulty again?

Difficult to say what cause is without looking.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. copy that file to documents
  2. upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site,
  3. and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem
