Question pc keeps giving a VGA led. first it was a cpu led but i replaced it and that one went away. now its just vga led and no signa

my msi b450 gaming plus max keeps giving a VGA led. first it was a cpu led but i replaced it and that one went away. now its just vga led and no signal to monitor even though ive reset cmos, updated bios and i know that the vga works because it turned on once
. how does this get fixed
