PC keeps on rebooting

I had a BSoD and selected Windows 10 edition 4 under the different OS tab. Now my pc boots for 5 seconds, restarts and repeats the previous step. Everything worked perfectly fine before the BSoD. I've checked the RAM, pulled out and put back all the cables, and my CPU had watercooling so dust can't be an issue.

Try booting to Safe Mode. Press F8 when you power on right after seeing the BIOS screen. If you can boot in Safe Mode, there are SFC and DISM commands and troubleshooters you can use to try to find and fix problems.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I've tried that but my pc won't go without a reboot long enough to successfully get into safe mode.

If this happened to me, I'd restore from a recent full system backup I've made. Assuming you didn't make one, it's probably time for a clean install.

Seeing as I can't boot up my PC, do you know any way that I can perform this?
